Kamala Harris rallied Georgia voters with help from Bruce Springsteen and Barack Obama. At a rally on October 24, 2024, Harris warned about the serious risks of a second Donald Trump presidency. She urged voters to consider who they want in the Oval Office, saying, “It’s either Donald Trump in there stewing over his enemies list, or me working for you.” She emphasized that voters have the power to make that choice.
Obama received a warm welcome from the crowd and highlighted the importance of the upcoming election. He questioned why anyone would believe that Trump could bring positive changes, stating, “We do not need four years of a wannabe king, a wannabe dictator.” He praised Harris as someone ready for the job and focused on the people.

Star power and community support
Springsteen also spoke at the rally, stating that Harris is the candidate who respects the Constitution. He expressed his support by saying, “Donald Trump is running to be an American tyrant.” After performing some of his hits, Springsteen reiterated the importance of voting for Harris.
Despite the enthusiasm, the Trump campaign dismissed Harris' reliance on celebrities as a sign of desperation. They stated that using famous figures won’t cover up her supposed incompetence. The rally took place in Clarkston, a diverse suburb of Atlanta known for its immigrant community. Many attendees were actively encouraging friends and family to vote for Harris.
As part of her campaign efforts, Harris is set to continue her star-studded events, with a rally in Texas featuring Beyoncé. This strategy aims to energize voters and ensure they head to the polls. In the 2020 election, Democrats won Georgia, and Harris is focused on keeping the state blue in 2024. Despite the challenges, her campaign believes events like these can help mobilize support ahead of Election Day.
